How it works
1. Pick your candy and your interval
Choose a delivery cadence that matches how fast you go through it. Weekly for a busy break room, monthly for a steady restock, whatever fits.
2. We charge and ship each cycle
At the start of every cycle your card is charged and your order ships to your door. No reminders to act on, no reorders to remember.
3. You stay in control
15% off rides on every renewal while the subscription is active. Pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel any time before the next charge.
Managing your subscription
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, any time, through the customer portal. There is no minimum commitment. Reach the portal two ways:
- The magic link in the confirmation email you got when you first subscribed
- By creating an account in our shop and signing in
How do I skip or reschedule a charge?
Inside the portal, every scheduled delivery has a Skip payment button to skip that charge, and a Reschedule button next to the delivery date to move it.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. In the portal, click Edit in the products card to add, remove, or swap items on your subscription.
What if a payment cannot be processed?
If a renewal charge does not go through, you get an email with a secure link to update your payment method, and the subscription picks back up.
Shipping on subscriptions
Free shipping applies to subscription orders when your total after discounts is $35 or more. Under that, a flat fee applies at checkout.
